Berlin-based startup carbmee announced the completion of a €20 million (USD $21 million) funding round. Money is being secured to expand the carbon management platform and develop its software and service lines. Started in 2021, carbmee specializes in AI-powered solutions designed to help organisations manage, reduce and report carbon emissions—the ability that becomes evermore critical to meet the needs of an evolving regulatory environment.
Newly secured funds will be put toward the further development of carbmee’s lead Environmental Intelligence System (EIS) platform.
