FIL Industries Private Limited, a major leader in agriculture and food processing, displayed its diverse business offerings at the 16th Edition of CII AgroTech India—Krishi Bharat, held between November 15-18, 2024, at Vrindavan Grounds, Lucknow. The event was inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, amidst a gathering of global as well as Indian stakeholders in the agriculture sector under the theme “Harvesting Innovation for Sustainable Agriculture.
CII AgroTech India 2024 is characterized by a massive exhibition and knowledge-sharing programs to take forward agriculture and food processing through technological innovations and green practices, as well as engaging farmers. As an associate sponsor, FIL Industries underlines its contributions across all the value chain segments of agriculture, including crop protection, nutrition, post-harvest management, and apple rootstock nurseries. FIL’s participation is a testament to its focus on creating public-private partnerships (PPP) to move forward sustainable agriculture in India.
The International Pavilion of the event highlighted international skills in agriculture and agri-technology, in which the Netherlands was the partner country. FIL Industries grabbed the chance to get into interactions with international participants and Indian stakeholders on collaboration and technology-driven solutions for increased agricultural productivity. It gave out samples of its products, namely apple juice concentrate, fruit juices, and crop nutrition products, towards the exhibition of its innovative solutions.
FIL Industries also engaged in discussions on future farming and sustainable agriculture. The CEO Roundtable on “Future of Farming” focused on precision agriculture, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) as solutions that industry leaders believe can address the threats presented by climate change and ensure sustainable growth in agriculture.
