The company-FREYR Battery, Norway-based-is purchasing U.S.-based solar manufacturing assets from China’s Trina Solar. FREYR will pay $340 million for the assets. It is the single biggest step forward for FREYR as it strives to establish a solid and vertically integrated U.S. solar manufacturing presence.
