IntegrityNext Unveils New Supply Chain Compliance Solutions

IntegrityNext GmbH is the Munich-based leader in providing sustainability software for companies in the management of supply chain sustainability challenges as well as regulatory requirements through the introduction of two recent solutions, Multi-Tier Supply Chain Visibility and EUDR Compliance. Co-founded in 2016, IntegrityNext's objective was to equip companies with the appropriate tools to have transparent supply chains and drive sustainable business practices on all ESG topics.

This new Multi-Tier Supply Chain Visibility relies on AI and a huge sustainability dataset for delivering insights across many tiers of the supply chain down to raw materials. Companies will identify and address risks, improve procurement and avoid non-compliance in areas of global regulations with this feature. The platform further automates supplier mapping and analyzes the materials and processes that go into products, indicating critical areas where sustainability risks may emerge. It allows companies to streamline due diligence, simplify reporting obligations, and manage supply chain transparency and ESG-related risks more easily.

EUDR Compliance solution is built for compliance with the EU's very strict new Regulation on Deforestation-Free Products that aims at deforestation-linked products in the EU market. The regulation concerns those significant commodities such as palm oil, beef, timber, coffee, cocoa, rubber, and soy as well as their derivatives comprising of leather, chocolate, tires, and furniture among many others. EUDR Compliance will automate collection and verification processes from suppliers with AI, which does the risk assessment through geolocation and origin of products. It analyzes deforestation trends and reports the same along with the capabilities to be integrated smoothly into ERP and supply chain management systems that are already in use. It seeks to support companies being compliant while reducing the deforestation impacts caused by their supply chains.

IntegrityNext will launch other capabilities going forward, including detecting forced labor and AI measurement of carbon dioxide (CO2). These new features would be used to enable businesses to stay ahead in a rapidly changing regulatory standards landscape, such as in the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), while looking forward to future regulation standards.

Commenting on the launch, IntegrityNext's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and co-founder Simon Jaehnig said AI was critical in managing complex supply chains. According to him, AI was changing how companies managed their supply chain data, thereby achieving transparency they could never have earlier. With such innovative solutions, IntegrityNext is unlocking avenues for companies to adhere to stringent regulations while promoting sustainability in their supply chains.
