A report reveals that Maharashtra Seamless is seriously attempting to implement Extended Producer Responsibility under solid waste management rules. The company has zero liquid discharge systems in the form of a rainwater harvesting system with a capacity of 190,000 KL and an Effluent Treatment Plant, which reuses water for gardening purposes and production processes.
