ELECRAMA 2025: A Look at the Latest Electrical Sector Innovations

Greater Noida, February 26, 2025: The 16th edition of ELECRAMA 2025, organized by the Indian Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA), was successfully concluded, reaffirming its status as a world-class global platform for the electrical and allied electronics industry. The event witnessed more than 1,000 exhibitors, more than 400,000 business visitors, and an estimated $20 billion worth of business inquiries, demonstrating its impact on the industry.

ELECRAMA 2025 served as a business partnership platform, technology display, and policy discussion forum, facilitating more than 15,000 B2B meetings and drawing the participation of 500 global buyers from 80 nations. This exchange made India a significant player in the international electrical ecosystem, further strengthening trade relations and innovation in the sector.

One of the key attractions was the inauguration of the New Energies Pavilion with battery storage technologies, EV charging gear, digital energy, solar panels, and inverters. It was in line with India's shift towards green energy and showcased emerging technology towards a greener world.

The event also witnessed the signing of four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) which were industry partnership and innovation in the power sector. The signings were a step towards the construction of new infrastructure, greater energy efficiency, and encouraging the transition to renewable energy sources.

Key industry influencers and global stakeholders participated in sessions with subject matters on grid modernization, adoption of AI, smart grids based on IoT, and blockchain for energy markets. The World Utility Summit featured over 70 speakers and 400 delegates that discussed digitalization and sustainable energy policy, while ETECHnxt brought together experts to debate advances in the energy technology space.

ELECRAMA 2025 also highlighted entrepreneurship in the sector with the third edition of Electraverse Sparks, where 20 startups showcased energy, AI, and automation innovations. This platform created a platform for investor interactions and strategic partnerships, driving growth in the energy technology ecosystem.

The event's commitment to sustainability was also seen in its operational initiatives, including the use of eco-friendly transport and green electricity, which both contributed to reducing carbon emissions. The Awards Distribution & Exhibitor Night also celebrated industry innovation, giving a celebratory finale to the event.

With growing global interest and participation in India's electrical and energy prowess, ELECRAMA continues to be a determinant of industry growth and technology. The success of the 2025 edition reiterates India's leadership role in the energy sector on the global stage, positioning it towards a future that is sustainable and technologically advanced.
