Kalyani Powertrain Enters into Collaboration with Compal Electronics to Manufacture Servers in India

Bharat Forge's subsidiary company, Kalyani Powertrain, has executed a technology license agreement with Taiwanese company Compal Electronics to make X86 platform servers in India. The March 6, 2025, Memorandum of Understanding  is intended to boost the technological base of India by promoting manufacture of domestically evolved servers under the "Make in India" government initiative.

This partnership will help Kalyani Powertrain use Compal's technological strength to manufacture, assemble, and test servers at its Pune, Maharashtra-based facility.
