Kellton Tech Highlights Sustainable Growth in FY25 BRSR

Kellton Tech Solutions, an IT and digital services company, has shown its strong focus on responsible and sustainable in its FY25 BRSR report. The company is giving priority to fair business practices, the safety and well-being of its employees, strong cybersecurity, and eco-friendly ways of working across its offices in India and 22 countries around the world. The firm works across 6 Indian states and 7 countries. More than half of its revenue (51%) comes from exports, The company provides services to different sectors like finance, healthcare, government, cars, and online shopping. The company also follows all 9 NGRBC principles, Board has approved all policies related to ethics, transparency, the environment, diversity, and fair growth.

With an initiatives like building energy efficient infrastructure, running employee wellness programs and putting strong data protection systems, its total energy consumption for the year was 5,732 gigajoules which is relatively modest, and it shows that offices are running efficiently. Since Kellton is a software and IT services company, it does not fuel or run factories and that’s why it has reported zero scope 1, Similarly, there were no harmful air pollutants as well. In terms of waste, the company generates less amount of waste mainly electronic and IT equipment waste, and it is safely disposed and recycled.

The CSR efforts of the company focus on education, skill developing, rural development, and employee wellness. The company is contributing both social and economic progress. Inside the company, there are 1,463 employees and about 23% are women. All permanent employees receive proper protections and benefits like health and accident insurance, provident fund (PF), gratuity, maternity and paternity leave, as well as mental health support and flexible work options. On top of this, Kellton also trained all employees on ESG, POSH, and cybersecurity. It also makes sure that all its offices are friendly for differently abled employees. Kellton had a very safe year in FY25. There were no deaths, no accidents and no complaints from employees, customers and stakeholders.

The company follows all 9 principles of the NGRBC, and board has approved policies such as whistleblower policy, Human Rights policy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy, and a Supplier Code of Conduct. To ensure accountability, Kellton has established grievance redressal mechanisms for employees, customers, stakeholders and even local communities. They are transparent systems and complaints are addressed promptly.

Kellton aims to improve its diversity and inclusivity and aims to enhance digitalization by using new technologies such as automation, data analytics and AI to make its services quicker, smarter and more competitive. For social side, the firm plans to expand its CSR programs by focusing more on community projects. These steps are meant to strengthen company’s image as a reliable global IT partner.
