LEAD Network’s 2025 Annual Conference in Milan unites over 800 leaders to advance gender equity in European consumer goods and retail sectors, launching the Gender Diversity Scorecard and fostering inclusion through collaboration.
LEAD Network, a prominent organisation devoted to gender equity and plant addition in the European consumer goods and retail sectors, will hold its 2025 Annual Conference in Milan on 8 – 9 October. The conference will launch the rearmost Gender Diversity Scorecard, a biennial report which measures the sector’s representation of women at the elderly administrative position.
