Suzlon Secures 381 MW Wind Energy Project from Zelestra India

A contract has been awarded to Suzlon Group by Zelestra India and its affiliated companies to develop a 381 megawatt (MW) wind energy project. As part of the project, 123 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with nominal capacities of 3.0 will be installed across various states. MW. India's efforts to enhance renewable energy production and decrease its dependence on fossil fuels are being complemented by the project. 

Suzlon will be responsible for the complete project, including its provision, installation, and commissioning of the wind turbines, as per the agreement. Following the completion of the project, the company will offer comprehensive operations and maintenance services. Suzlon's involvement in the complete process enables Zelestra India to meet renewable energy objectives efficiently, while also maintaining direct control over performance quality.
