Delta Electronics India has proposed setting up a greenfield testing and validation facility for AI data centres, renewable energy systems and integrated microgrid solutions at its Krishnagiri manufacturing campus in Tamil Nadu.
The proposed facility, named ARIVAM (அறிவோம்), will focus on the design, engineering, manufacturing and lifecycle management of sustainable AI data centres, renewable energy systems and integrated microgrid solutions. ARIVAM stands for AI Data Centre, Renewables, Integrated Micro Grid Solutions, Validated Engineering and Management Centre.
The automated Krishnagiri campus of Delta, which acts as an Industry 4.0 technology demonstration center, provides the foundation for the proposed activities. According to the corporation, the growth is in line with its ESG objectives, which include carbon reduction and water stewardship.
In a meeting with Chief Minister Thiru C. Joseph Vijay, the group—led by President Benjamin Lin and Managing Director Niranjan Nayak—thanked him for his ongoing support of its ongoing operations in Tamil Nadu.
