The company said growing policy support, a healthy order book and focus on advanced manufacturing technologies and product innovation are helping strengthen its position in India’s solar manufacturing sector

Gautam Solar Revenue Jumps Over 4-fold to ₹4,406 Cr In FY25

Gautam Solar has posted an annual revenue of Rs 4,406 crore, a sample of which is an increase of more than four times than the previous year of Rs 1,040 crore in FY-25, closing the books. These findings underscore the company's quick expansion and increasing footprint in India's booming solar manufacturing sector.

The company has seen revenue increase by more than 323 per cent year-on-year, with the increasing demand and acceptance of domestically-manufactured solar modules and prompt execution, while the capacity has been expanded strategically. Internal conditions, with the policy support and a growing number of projects, are also contributing to the company's positive trend as an aggregator of domestic production.

Gautam Solar retains a healthy and growing order book, which provides excellent visibility of future revenues, it said. The company said that successfully balancing operational efficiencies, customer relationships built over time and delivering large volumes reliably in an evolving renewable energy market contributed to the results. Gautam Solar is focusing on advanced manufacturing technologies and product innovations in order to further drive growth for the company by improving the efficiency of modules, strengthening quality systems, and improving delivery schedules. The endeavours are predicted to make the company more accessible to the rising demand for utility-scale and significant commercial solar ventures.

Director Gautam Mohanka said that the achievements have been good, given the Company's long-term strategy and execution strength. Unlike in the early days, the Indian solar segment is now in its full module overcapacity phase, as well as with newer players offering good products, so customers are more keen on established market players with proven experience, he said. According to Mohanka, ‘legacy brands' are gaining trust with almost 30 years of experience, and as people are increasing their demand to buy high-quality locally available solar products, Gautam Solar is well evolved to benefit from this change.

Gautam Solar, with a strong operational base, better visibility of demand, and focus on innovation, has strong growth points and is set to continue building on that momentum and further consolidate its position in the Indian solar manufacturing segment.
