HPCL has launched HP Navya, a 10 kg composite LPG cylinder, and partnered with Instamart to enable digital ordering and doorstep delivery, starting with a pilot in Bengaluru.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched HP Navya, a new Composite LPG Cylinder brand, as part of its efforts to introduce alternative LPG solutions for consumers. The company has partnered with quick commerce platform Instamart to enable customers to order HP Navya cylinders through the digital platform.
The service will initially be introduced as a pilot project in Bengaluru, after which HPCL plans to gradually expand the availability of HP Navya to other cities across India.
HP Navya is a 10 kg lightweight composite LPG cylinder designed for household users seeking a compact LPG option. The cylinder is corrosion-free and comes with a translucent body that allows customers to monitor the gas level. According to HPCL, the cylinder is suitable for apartments, small families, working professionals, students, and households looking for a secondary LPG cylinder.
The partnership with Instamart will provide customers with an additional channel to place LPG cylinder orders through a digital platform. The initiative combines HPCL’s LPG distribution network with Instamart’s quick commerce services for doorstep delivery.
Amit Garg, Director-Marketing, HPCL, said: "Customer needs are evolving, and HPCL is committed to provide innovative solutions to meet them. We are making LPG more accessible for Naya Bharat with focus on safety, trust and reliability that customers associate with HP Gas. HP Navya, our new Composite LPG Cylinder brand, reflects our commitment to delivering innovative energy solutions that make everyday life simpler and more convenient. Through the Instamart platform, we will be able to reach customers through a fast, convenient and digitally enabled platform, making HP Navya Composite LPG Cylinders more accessible while enhancing the overall customer experience."

With HPCL, we're extending that convenience to an essential household service, bringing LPG onto Instamart while maintaining the safety and reliability standards consumers expect."
