Resilience Actions, an initiative of Re Sustainability, has launched ECOHUB.IN, a platform aimed at supporting innovation and collaboration in India's climate and circular economy sectors
Resilience Actions, the social and environmental impact arm of Re Sustainability, has unveiled ECOHUB.IN — a new incubator built specifically for startups tackling some of India's most pressing sustainability challenges. From clean-tech and pollution management to circular economy solutions and climate innovation, the program is designed to help promising early-stage ventures make the leap from promising idea to real-world impact.
The incubator isn't for those still sketching on whiteboards. ECOHUB.IN is looking for startups that already have a working product, a committed team, and a clear sense of where they fit in the market — founders who are ready to grow, but need the right support to do it.
Why now, and why this?
India is moving fast on its journey toward a cleaner, low-carbon economy. But speed alone isn't enough. Across the country, entrepreneurs are building genuinely exciting solutions to environmental problems — and many of them are hitting the same wall: no mentors who get it, no access to pilot opportunities, no pathway to customers or capital.
ECOHUB.IN was created to knock down exactly those barriers.
What startups actually get
Selected ventures won't just get a desk and a pitch deck template. Through the program, founders can expect hands-on mentorship, technical and business advisory support, help getting investment-ready, and — crucially — real opportunities to test and validate their solutions within Re Sustainability's own operational ecosystem. That last part matters. It means startups get to prove their technology works in the real world, not just in a lab or on a slide.
The program also helps founders sharpen the fundamentals: business model design, customer acquisition, pricing, impact measurement, and building a credible growth roadmap.
In their own words
Masood Mallick, Managing Director and Group CEO of Re Sustainability, put it plainly: India has no shortage of ideas. What is often missing is the ecosystem that helps transform those ideas into scalable enterprises. ECOHUB.IN is designed to bridge that gap — bringing together innovators, industry leaders, investors, academia, and policymakers to back solutions that are commercially viable, environmentally responsible, and built to last."
He added that India's sustainability transition would ultimately be driven not just by infrastructure, but by entrepreneurship — and by people bold enough to build companies around solving real environmental problems.
The bigger picture
Over time, ECOHUB.IN hopes to play a meaningful role in strengthening India's broader sustainability innovation ecosystem — supporting ventures that reduce pollution, drive resource efficiency, create green jobs, and contribute to a more resilient future for communities, industry, and the planet.
Applications for the first cohort will open soon on the ECOHUB.IN platform.
