Reliance Power Appoints Neeraj Parakh As Executive Director And CEO
Reliance Power has announced the appointment of Shri Neeraj Parakh as its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on January 20, 2025.
Shri Neeraj Parakh, appointed as an Additional Director with effect from January 20, 2025, will serve as Executive Director and CEO for a term of three years, subject to member approval.
The company confirmed that Shri Parakh is not related to any existing board members and is not barred from holding a directorship by any SEBI or other authority order.
