As per the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY 2024-25, the company has made sustainability a part of its long-term plans through efficient usage of resources, employee well-being and ensures all decisions are made honestly and fairly. The company follows the 9 principles of NGRBC.

Being a global technology and software solutions provider for the aviation and travel industry, Accelya does not run factories or plants that use lot of energy or produce pollution. Due to which its environmental impact is low compared to manufacturing companies and are marked as Not Applicable (NA). But the company still makes efforts to lower energy consumption and environmental impacts through the utilization of LED lighting, recycling of e-waste, and utilization of renewable energy where it is available.

On the social side, Accelya is concerned with the welfare and equal treatment of employees. The firm makes sure that all the workers are insured against health and accidents and have extra benefits of maternity and parental benefits. The firm fosters equality and diversity at work. It offers equal chances for career growth to women and differently abled employees. All the employees are also provided training sessions on ESG, cybersecurity, POSH, human rights, and workplace safety.
