According to the latest forecast, several parts of Delhi will see more rain in the next two hours, along with chances of thunderstorms and lightning. The weather department has issued a yellow alert for Delhi and an orange alert for NCR.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has also reported that rainfall in August has already gone 4% above normal, after July saw a 15% excess. Following a short break, heavy rain has returned in full swing this month. From Rajasthan to Gujarat, Punjab, and Haryana, many states are experiencing heavy downpours, and Delhi continues to face the same.

As per the recent forecast of the India Meteorological Department, Delhi-NCR will have light rain from August 26 to August 31. There will be scattered light showers, passing clouds, and chilly winds during this time. Sunlight will also appear intermittently. No weather warning has been announced until now, and no weather changes is expected in the weather trend. For the next five days, Delhi-NCR will not see any change in the weather. Up to this point, no heavy rainfall has been forecasted in the area.
