Tribeca Developers, on Monday, said that it conducted a corporate social responsibility outreach at Anand Ashram in Gurugram through its CSR platform, Tribeca Care. The outreach involved engagement with residents of the shelter home, which supports vulnerable, abandoned, and persons with disabilities.

According to the company, team members from Tribeca Care visited the facility and interacted with residents who are part of an organised support group. Many of the residents live with physical or neurological conditions, including epilepsy, and lack family support. The engagement focused on interacting with residents and understanding their day-to-day challenges within the shelter’s care environment.

In addition to engagement activities, the outreach addressed immediate requirements linked to seasonal conditions. With winter setting in, the team distributed food and essential clothing, including woollen garments, to residents. The company said the activity supported around 60 residents at Anand Ashram at the time of the visit.

Kalpesh Mehta, Founder, Tribeca Developers, said that the company views social responsibility as extending beyond its real estate development activities. He noted that the outreach was intended to support underserved communities through direct engagement and assistance coordinated with local institutions.

Rajat Khandelwal, Group CEO, Tribeca Developers, said the company’s approach to responsibility includes engagement with communities where it operates. He added that Tribeca Care focuses on creating structured engagement that aligns employee participation with community needs.

The company stated that the Anand Ashram visit forms part of its broader CSR efforts across regions. Earlier, Tribeca Care supported a residential Ashram Shala in the Vasai–Palghar region, where more than 500 tribal students received clothing, toys, and essential supplies through an employee-led effort.

Tribeca Developers said that its CSR activities are designed to be ongoing and centred on collaboration with local organizations. Through Tribeca Care, the company continues to encourage employee participation in community-focused initiatives aimed at supporting marginalized groups and addressing identified social needs.

The outreach at Anand Ashram adds to the company’s reported CSR engagements and reflects its stated focus on structured community involvement as part of its wider social responsibility framework.
