Tenon Group, an integrated security and facility management firm organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program with COHAS NGO to raise awareness and make a positive impact on the environment and community. The programme aimed to promote sustainable practices among children and emphasize the values of cleanliness and responsible citizenship.

Sustainability Awareness Programme

The project was spearheaded by Maj. Manjit Rajain, who is the Global Chairman of Tenon Group, and was attended by over 40 children from COHAS NGO. The programme was to celebrate his birthday organised as per the company's philosophy of celebrating milestones with community activities. Tenon FM invited experts to the interactive session on cleanliness and sustainable development, where children were taught about ways in which they can help to preserve the environment. They held a drawing competition with the theme “A Clean & Green Future Starts With Me” which invited the participants to share their ideas regarding a cleaner and greener future with creativity.

Encouraging Responsible Citizenship

During the event, Maj. Manjit Rajain interacted with the children, felicitated the winners of the drawing competition, and encouraged them to become ambassadors of environmental responsibility within their communities. The programme concluded with a birthday celebration, cake cutting, and refreshments shared with the children.
